SASS is a Preprocessor for CSS. It contains source code for the main CSS File.

This folder is not needed for Production. Thus, No need to Upload it.

You can simple edit the CSS styles directly in the files inside /CSS Folder. 
Sass is just optional for those who know about it.

To Edit Sass Folder, You'll need to know bit knowledge about SASS.
